Callum McFadden & Rhys Blair

Our Managing Directors
 Callum is an ex Army Officer turned entrepreneur and property investor from Glasgow in Scotland.  Having a degree in Civil Engineering and specialising in project management, he served in the Royal Engineers all over the world, project managing 7 figure projects for defence.

Having been investing in property since 2019 and realising it's potential, Callum left the Army in 2021 and aggressively started expanding the business and brought Rhys on as a Director of the company to allow it to grow. 

Rhys also has military experience and is qualified in architecture, building information modelling and technical design. Throughout his career, Rhys has worked on various project from commercial to residential, managing multi-million pound projects from conception through to fruition. 

Both intend to continue expanding the business and make waves in the land and development sector.
